We boast the most complete list of biofeedback providers in North America. All of the names contained in this list have been acquired through permission. The Biofeedback Directory neither endorses any biofeedback therapist nor guarantees the authenticity of any credentials other than those issued by the Medical Biofeedback Association and Credentialling Board (MBACB).
Biofeedback is defined by the FDA and Health Canada as a non-intrusive therapy intended to teach clients how to relax and re-educate their muscles in order to reduce their stress and pain. Certified biofeedback professionals are limited to this scope of practice. Licensed health care professionals may use biofeedback equipment for other purposes in accordance with their license.
